When will my order ship?

Order Lead Time and Backorder Information

Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page, just above the “Add to Cart” button.

If an item is on backorder, this will be clearly noted on the product page as well as during the checkout process.

In the event that a backorder date is extended, you’ll receive an updated email with the new estimated lead time. Once the backorder date arrives, the item will ship within its standard lead time from that point forward.

Custom, exclusive McGee & Co. pieces requiring acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions upon checkout have longer lead times as they are made to order.
