When will my order ship?

Order Lead Time and Backorder Information

Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page, just above the “Add to Cart” button.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

If an item is on backorder, this will be clearly noted on the product page as well as during the checkout process. Backorders occur when demand exceeds supply, and the product is not immediately available. In such cases, shipping estimates are provided based on when inventory is expected to arrive.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that the earliest orders placed are prioritized when stock becomes available.

If an item is out of stock, preorders are not available. Instead, customers can join the waitlist on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock. If an out-of-stock item is included in a quote or invoice, it will be automatically removed from the cart. Customers will need to place a separate order for the item once it is restocked.

In the event that a backorder date is extended, you’ll receive an updated email with the new estimated lead time. Once the backorder date arrives, the item will ship within its standard lead time from that point forward. If you prefer not to wait for the backorder fulfillment, you also have the option to cancel the order and request a refund.

Custom, exclusive McGee & Co. pieces requiring acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions upon checkout have longer lead times as they are made to order.

Please note that all lead times are estimates and subject to change. If you have any questions about the status of your order, our Customer Experience Team is here to help. To stay updated on your order status, check the tracking information provided for each package. This will give you the most accurate and up-to-date details about your shipment.

Additionally, the waitlist feature allows customers to receive notifications as soon as an out-of-stock item becomes available for purchase, ensuring they don’t miss the opportunity to order their desired product.
