Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any modifications. If changes are needed, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again.
Specific examples of modifications that cannot be made include changing the payment method, updating item details, or altering the size of a product. To make such adjustments, you will need to cancel your current order and submit a new one with the desired changes.
To cancel an order, you can log into your account, check the eligibility under your account settings, and follow the cancellation steps provided.
If you need to cancel your order and it qualifies for cancellation, you can do so through your account without needing to contact the Customer Experience Team. Once canceled, you can place a new order with the desired changes.
When your order is canceled, you are encouraged to quickly re-order using the desired payment method or size details to avoid delays.
Please note that cancellations are only possible if your order has not entered the shipping process.
