How can I cancel my order?

Orders that include décor, rugs, lighting, or mirrors may be cancelled - provided they have not yet entered the picking, packing, or shipping process. Additionally, cancellations for seating items such as pillows require manufacturer approval before being processed.

Once a cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will also receive an email notification confirming the refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Experience Team. Once an item has shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order. We’re unable to process partial cancellations (removing just one or a few items). If you’d like to cancel, your order will need to be canceled in full. You’re always welcome to place a new order with your preferred items. Customers will be notified throughout the cancellation process, including updates on the status of their request and confirmation of refunds.
