Local conditions (e.g., weather or traffic) For custom or made-to-order items, such as furniture, production begins only after the purchase is completed. These items typically have a standard lead time of 12–16 weeks. Unfortunately, these timelines cannot be expedited, as each piece is crafted from scratch to meet your specifications. This ensures the highest quality and attention to detail. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor its progress. Additionally, the delivery carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, ensuring a smooth and convenient delivery process. If you need to delay delivery before shipping, note that McGee & Co. cannot hold or delay shipments during the fulfillment process. After shipping, you can coordinate with the carrier to hold your package or schedule a later delivery date. After production is complete, the item is shipped to a local delivery hub. This shipping phase typically takes several days. Once the item arrives at the hub, the delivery carrier will contact you to schedule the final delivery to your home. This allows you to plan the delivery at a convenient time. However, extended delivery requests beyond the standard two-week hold window may incur additional storage fees, depending on the carrier's policies.
