Smaller parcels and décor pieces will ship from our Fulfillment Center via FedEx.

Larger freight items will ship with one of the carriers listed below.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 36 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier has received the shipment.

Delivery generally takes about 1–2 weeks in transit before it arrives. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule. Additionally, the carrier may contact you to schedule the delivery, depending on the shipping method and carrier policies.
