These items are shipped via doorstep delivery and will be left at your front door.
Smaller Furniture
Includes items like nightstands, side tables, coffee tables, ottomans, lounge chairs, lamps, and some lighting fixtures.
Delivery is doorstep only—no assembly or setup included.
Larger Furniture Includes sofas, beds, dressers, dining tables, and more. These are delivered with threshold or white glove service (brought inside your home, with optional setup). Threshold delivery ensures your items are delivered to the first dry area of your home (e.g., inside your front door or garage) but does not include unboxing, assembly, placement, or removal of packaging materials. Transit times for larger furniture items typically range from 1–2 weeks after shipment to arrive at your local delivery hub. Once at the hub, items are inspected and prepared for final-mile delivery. White Glove delivery provides a more comprehensive service, including unboxing, assembly, placement of items in your desired location, and removal of all packaging materials. This service is available for an additional fee on eligible shipments. A local delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time.
Made-to-Order Items Also delivered with threshold or white glove service. Threshold delivery ensures your items are delivered to the first dry area of your home (e.g., inside your front door or garage) but does not include unboxing, assembly, placement, or removal of packaging materials. White Glove delivery provides a more comprehensive service, including unboxing, assembly, placement of items in your desired location, and removal of all packaging materials. This service is available for an additional fee on eligible shipments. A delivery agent will reach out to set up a delivery appointment. This ensures that you are available to receive the item and inspect it upon delivery. Please check our Delivery Guide for tips on how to prepare your space. Additionally, once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its estimated arrival date. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation to monitor the status of all shipments. Upon receipt, confirm the quantity of items delivered matches the delivery notification.
