Delivery Address
Orders can only be delivered to the original shipping address entered at checkout.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number and email at checkout. Your local delivery team will use this to schedule your delivery. The delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery date that aligns with your availability.
Missed Delivery Appointments If you miss a scheduled delivery, a rescheduling fee will apply before a new appointment can be made. You may also request a delayed delivery directly with the carrier, though additional fees may apply for this service.
Our delivery partners follow carefully planned routes each day, so missed appointments can cause delays.
Non-Cancelable Orders Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can work with the delivery team to schedule a delivery date that suits your availability.
You’ll receive a courtesy call when the delivery team is on the way.
Scheduling Deadline & Storage Fees
We’re unable to hold items for more than 5 business days after they’re ready for delivery.
If delivery isn’t scheduled in that time, the following may apply:
Storage fees (charged to the customer)
Items may be returned to the warehouse
Refunds will be issued as store credit, minus return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee
Loss or Damage McGee & Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the 5-day holding period. If an item in your order is delayed in production and cannot meet your required delivery date, you may request a cancellation to source an alternative product.
