To view your points:
Log into your McGee & Co. account.
Select “Rewards” from your account menu.
Navigate to the rewards portal to view your available points.
To redeem your points:
Apply your available McGee Rewards points directly at checkout.
Make sure you’re logged into your account—this ensures your points can be applied to your order.
A maximum of $100 in rewards (10,000 points) can be applied per order.
Points must be in the "approved" status, which occurs 30 days after the purchase date, to be redeemable.
Points cannot be redeemed during promotional periods or combined with other discounts.
Staying logged in helps you keep track of your points balance and makes redeeming them at checkout seamless. Points earned from purchases will appear in your account history immediately but will only be usable once they transition from "pending" to "approved" status after 30 days. If you encounter issues redeeming points, check if a promotional period is active, as points cannot be used during these times. Additionally, ensure your points are not still in the "pending" status, as they become usable only after 30 days.
