Store credit is issued as a code like a gift card. Here's how to find and use it.
Finding your code
You'll receive your store credit code by email when it's issued. If you can't find it:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you're looking at the email address tied to your McGee & Co. account.
Still stuck? Contact our Customer Experience Team and we'll resend it.
Applying it at checkout
Log into your McGee & Co. account.
Add your items to the cart and head to checkout.
In the "Gift Card/Discount Code" field, enter your store credit code and click Apply.
Complete your order — you'll see the credit reflected in your total.
Good to know
Store credit doesn't expire — use it whenever you like.
You don't have to use it all at once. If your balance is more than your order total, the remainder stays on the code for next time.
It's entered in the same field as discount codes, so be sure you're applying the right one. Codes must be entered manually — they won't apply automatically.
Credit can't be applied after an order is placed, and our team can't add it to an invoice — it has to be entered at checkout. If you forgot to use it, we may be able to cancel the order (if it hasn't entered the shipping process) so you can reorder with the code.
