1. Promotion Dates & Timing

Q: When does the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale begin and end?
A: Offer ends at 11:59 PM MT on 11/26/25. Terms of offer are subject to change.


2. Discount Policy

Q: How do the discounts work?
A: Product-specific discounts are automatically applied and displayed on eligible product pages. No promo code is required unless otherwise noted.

Q: Can discounts be applied retroactively?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to orders placed outside of the promotional period.

Q: Can I combine BFCM discounts with other promotions or loyalty rewards?
A: BFCM discounts cannot be combined with additional promo codes, price adjustments, or other offers.

Q: Can I use a gift card with the discount?
A: Yes. Simply enter your gift card or discount code into the “Discount code or gift card” field at checkout and click Apply.


3. Product Exclusions

Some product categories may be excluded from our promotion.

If an item does not display a discounted or marked-down price on its product page, it is excluded from the sale.


4. Inventory, Backorders, and Out of Stock Items

Q: What happens if an item goes out of stock during the sale?
A: Inventory is limited and items may sell out quickly. When an item sells out, it will show as “Out of Stock” and may display an estimated restock or ship date.

Please note: Once an out-of-stock item becomes available again, it cannot be purchased with the BFCM discount.

Q: Will backordered items still receive the discount?
A: Yes. If an item is eligible for the promotion and purchased during the sale window, the promotional price applies even if the item ships later.

Please note: All backorder dates are subject to change.


5. Shipping and Lead Times

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Lead times vary by product category. For the most accurate information, please refer to the lead time listed on each product page. Backordered items will ship according to the estimated date shown at checkout.

Q: Can I expedite my BFCM order?
A: Expedited shipping is available on select small-parcel home accessory items. Availability and pricing will be shown at checkout.

Furniture and oversized items are not eligible for expedited shipping.


6. Order Updates and Changes

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Once an order is placed during the BFCM period, we cannot guarantee cancellations or any order changes.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.


7. Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is the return policy for BFCM purchases?
A: Standard return policies apply unless otherwise indicated. Some promotional items may be marked Final Sale, which means they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
