Once an order is placed, items can't be added, removed, or changed — including color, size, or quantity. The only way to make a change is to cancel and reorder.
To change something
Cancel your order (if it's still eligible), then place a new order with what you want. See How do I cancel my order? for cancellation timing and eligibility.
Same-price guarantee: if you reorder the same item in a different color or size, we'll honor your original price, as long as the cancellation is approved.
Adding more items
Each order is processed and shipped separately, so additional items need a new order — orders and their shipping fees can't be combined.
Cancelling part of an order
If you’d like to cancel only some items from a multi-item order, contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible — they’ll let you know what’s possible based on where each item is in the processing stage.
