We're so sorry your item arrived damaged, and we're here to make it right. The steps depend on the item and when you noticed the damage.
Reporting a damaged item (décor & non-furniture)
Go to the returns portal and click "Start a return."
Choose the reason "Damaged/Defective."
Upload clear photos and a brief description.
We'll review within 1–2 business days and email your next steps.
Damaged furniture or large items
Email us at [email protected] with clear photos (and the packaging if you still have it), a description of the damage, and your preferred resolution. We'll assess it and arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, then let you know what to do with the original piece. Please don't dispose of or donate it until we confirm.
If you notice damage during a White Glove or freight delivery
Note the damage on the delivery agent's Proof of Delivery form before they leave, and contact us with photos. If you refuse the delivery, that documented note keeps your claim moving without delay.
Your resolution options
Replacement: Sent once your claim is approved. Replacements follow standard shipping. If the item is out of stock, sold out, or on a waitlist with no restock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Refund: Issued to your original payment method when a replacement isn't possible.
Store credit: Keep the item as-is in exchange for store credit — a good option for minor defects.
You'll always receive an email confirmation once your refund or replacement is processed; most refunds post within a few business days.
