Locating Your Order Number
1. Via Your McGee & Co. Account
Log in to your McGee & Co. account.
Navigate to your Order History under the account dashboard.
Click on the specific order to view its details, including the order number.
2. Using Your Email Confirmation
Check your order confirmation email, as the order number is typically included in this communication.
If you used a different email address during checkout, verify the inbox of that email account.
For orders placed via external payment methods like PayPal, you can use the transaction receipt to identify the associated order details.
3. For Gift Orders
If you’re initiating a gift return or exchange and don’t have the order number, provide the purchaser's name and email address to McGee & Co. support. They can look up the order number for you.
