If your order shipped in more than one box, each box needs its own return label — a single label can't cover multiple boxes.
In the returns portal, create a label for each box by selecting your items individually, so the number of labels matches the number of boxes.
Print each label and attach it to the correct box.
If you can't generate enough labels in the portal, contact us with the number of boxes you're returning and we'll send the rest.
