Yes, We Offer Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a piece isn’t quite the right fit, and we’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. Exchanging an item for a different size is a straightforward process through McGee & Co.'s online return portal.

McGee & Co. allows customers to exchange items for a different size using their online return portal. During the process, you will need to select the desired size and follow the provided instructions. Note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To make things seamless, exchanges must be selected at the time you create your return through our Returns Portal.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Go to our Returns Portal and log in to your account to locate your order number.

  2. Select "Exchange" as your return method and indicate the size you need for the replacement.

  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

  4. Use the prepaid return label provided by the return portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at a carrier location.

  5. Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange order will be created automatically, and you will receive tracking information when the new item ships.


A Few Things to Note

  • You can exchange for an item of equal, lesser, or greater value.

  • For lesser value items, the difference will be refunded.

  • For higher value items, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference during the return process.

  • All exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is processed.- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Unless the product arrives damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
