Yes — select furniture can be returned. Because these pieces are too large to ship back yourself, they're collected by our returns vendor, Sharetown. Here's how it works.
Eligibility
Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for individual items priced $500 or more.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and can't be returned.
Furniture can't be exchanged — it's return-only.
How to return
Start your return request using our online form.
Our returns vendor will reach out to schedule a convenient pickup date and time.
Once pickup is confirmed, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Fees
A 15% restocking fee (based on the retail price) applies to all furniture returns. As with all returns, shipping charges aren't refundable.
