How the Return Process Work:

Complete our online return form to initiate a return for your eligible furniture or artwork item.Schedule pick-up:
Our returns partner, Sharetown, will contact you directly to schedule a convenient date and time for pick-up.Receive your refund:
Once Sharetown confirms pick-up, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Important Return Details:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all furniture returns (based on retail price).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery receipt.
Only individual items priced at $500 or more are eligible for return via Sharetown.
Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
