Before Your Order Ships
To send your order to a new address, you'll need to cancel and reorder with the correct address.
Contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible with your order number.
Cancellation is only possible if your order hasn't yet entered packing or shipping.
Once canceled, place a new order using the correct shipping address.
A reminder on where we ship: orders can only go to a valid U.S. address. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or through freight forwarders.
McGee & Co. does not allow orders to be placed on hold or combined for shipment. Each item ships as it becomes available.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order is already in transit, contact our Customer Experience Team with your order number right away. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a change once the order has shipped.
