We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand a piece may not work in your space as you'd imagined. We accept returns on select items within 30 days of delivery — here's how it works.
The basics
Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
You're responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds go to your original payment method, less the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Returns that arrive with postage due are sent back to the sender.
After we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days to process it and complete a quality-control review, then 5–7 business days for the refund to post to your card. Store credit is ready to use as soon as it's issued. We'll email you either way.

Prefer to use your own return shipping?
Email [email protected] for a return authorization (RMA) number. Once you have it, pack the items in their original condition and include the provided RMA form.

These are picked up by our returns vendor rather than shipped back:

Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days after pickup is confirmed.
A 15% restocking fee (of the retail price) applies to all furniture returns.
